The names in my book of life-Luzvimindarp

Mr dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ of the Church of the Poor, my friends in the Parish Renewal Movement and the Basic Ecclesial Community. my friends in the Department of Agriculture, Development Bank of the Philippines, Central Bank of the Philippines, to my fellow countrymen of the Republic of the Philippines, to those believers and unbelievers: Listen!!

Last December 1, 2009 God has given me the privilege to fly to Manila and file my Certificate of Candidacy Application No. 84 - Luzminda R. Peñaranda or known as luzvimindaRP. It was a last minute approval from God as His servant and has given me the means to finish the task that He has given me which started during our very first talk in heaven at the age of 12 when the Blessed Virgin Mary guided me to heaven and gave me a task that She is giving me a "work" someday. That "work" was fulfilled on the day Martial Law was declared when God woke me up in my dream to make a message of prophecy to Pres. Marcos which i did and resulted of putting me into prison 0ct. 31 1972 to Jan. 1, 1973. In return of this faith of work God has given me the privilege of seeing in person in Spirit and in Truth the symbol of the country in the person of Dr.Jose Rizal. I had also the privilege of talking to the Son of God - Jesus in heaven through a dream and showed me the Father - A man sitting on the throne with no face except the shining rays of the sun and at His side is the shadow of a woman.

Again in 1992 God again gave me another work of telling me to file a COC for President of which I did and this started the people's judgment thru Comelec declaring me a "nuisance" candidate. And again i filed the same COC in 1998 and last 2004 wherein finally God allowed me to talk and be interviewed on national TV asking me question on "why i filed my candidacy" and which I answered exactly the same words that God has given me to say to the people: "I am calling for a Divine Government to be run under a parliamentary system." And another question was asked "How am i sure that i will not be a nuisance candidate?" And I replied them again according to God's promised to me that :"I will show a Divine Miracle." And that Divine Miracle I am claiming it now.

My dear Fellowmen, there is a portion on the application of the COC which says..Who nominated you for the said position and what party? Since I am filing my candidacy in the name of my FAITH (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) which is the Church of the Poor and the Parish Renewal Movement (PREX) where i am actively involved in and my Basic Ecclesial Community (BEC) where I belong. I put that name on that portion which the officer said that i have to disregard and put "Independent". So in my COC it will appear as {PREX/BEC) Independent.

It will take a while before the Comelec announces the legal candidates for the said position and that is the reason of my Letter or BLOG. My dear Brothers and Sisters, fellow countrymen..marami tayong pinangarap sa bayan natin sa tuwing eleksiyon ang mga kandidato ay may kanya-kanyang sariling rason ng pagsali and since this is also a privilege of every citizen of the country as mandated by the constitution I am also taking this opportunity and for the 4th time I wish to request you a favor because very soon I will be invited by the en banc of the Comelec to DEFEND myself if I have to be declared a "Nuisance" or not. And the answer will lie in your hands. This request of mine is to ask you a simple question and approval...DO YOU LIKE TO JOIN ME IN MY QUEST FOR A DIVINE GOVERNMENT? If your answer is "YES" please put your names below and the name of your Parish and Location. Walang masamang mangarap lalo na kung ang tanong ay biyaheng langit ng mga "Buhay" dito sa "Lupa". Ito ang pinaka tahimik, maayos na pag-imbita para sa aking Simbahan ng Pananampalataya at ng Bayan. Just type your Name-Parish-Address for free. I will gather all your names here in the internet have it printed and submit it to the Comelec en banc hearing for final decision.

Uumpisahan ko na ang paglista ng mga pangalan dito ng mga kaibigan ko na gusto ko isama sa aking "Biyaheng Langit sa Lupa." Duon sa mga nakakakilala sa akin na hindi ko naisama ang pangalan pasensiya na po pero isama na lang po ninyo ito sa ibaba. Merong iba dito pangalan lang ang nakalagay kasi hindi ko alam kung anong simbahan sila kasama ngunit sila ay puede rin maglagay ng kanilang pangalan at pangalan ng kanilang barkada, pamilya na gusto nilang isama sa aking adhikain o layunin para sa bayan. Take note, this is not forcing you, you are entitled to your own "FREE WILL" If i wanted to include names of my friends it is because I wanted them to share the prize that God is giving me for the people He loves and wanted to be saved.
